Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a government organisation in Singapore to drive delivery and adoption of digital products. The contract role ends on 31 March 2027.

You will partner with Product Managers and Designers to gather requirements, support Agile ceremonies, and track progress to ensure timely delivery and successful post-release support.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in project management, digital product development or delivery.
• Proven experience delivering digital products end-to-end, from requirements and development through to launch and post-release support.
• Proven ability to deliver products effectively within resource and timeline constraints.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Balsamiq is advantageous.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis are a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to conduct user interviews and gather requirements.
• Support sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
• Track project progress, development pace, dependencies and deliverables to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and support system, user acceptance and security testing before product release.
• Drive user education and adoption activities following product launch.
• Provide post-release product support and work with Product and Engineering teams to identify and resolve issues and bugs.
• Maintain project documentation, requirements and decisions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify risks, follow up on action items and drive issues to closure.
