Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based technology consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across enterprise and citizen-facing systems from the Paya Lebar Quarter office.

The role requires coordinating agile delivery across business, product, design, engineering, operations, cybersecurity and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and governance. Strong communication, meticulous work style and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in building digital products.
• End-to-end experience with product teams to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including documentation.
• Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up to closure.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner are a plus.
• Computer science or product management degrees are a plus.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq is a plus.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

What the officer will be working on:

• Manage end-to-end delivery across the assigned portfolio of enterprise and citizen-facing systems, including project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets and release coordination.
• Coordinate agile delivery across business, product, design, engineering, operations, cybersecurity and vendor teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Manage project governance, vendor performance, stakeholder communications, decision‑making and reporting to management and governance forums.
• Coordinate requirements, solutioning, testing, cybersecurity compliance, deployment, operational readiness and transition to business-as-usual support.
• Support production operations, planned after‑hours deployments and Severity incident coordination, including follow‑up on defects and corrective actions.
• Undertake structured handover and job‑shadowing with incumbent officers to preserve system, vendor and business‑domain knowledge.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in building digital products.
• Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
• End to end experience working with product team to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing.
• Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus
• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
• Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus
• Personnel must be available for planned deployments and Severity incident support outside office hours, as necessary
