Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Administration of Local Training Activities role in Singapore. You will collate course nominations, process applications, confirm training details, and raise payments for course fees while monitoring attendance and post-training forms.

You will also prepare materials and set up venues, support funding applications, and maintain LMS records. Prior HR exposure or internship is advantageous.

Maintenance of Learning Management System

• Maintain training catalogue and training records in LMS
• Record of learning history upon training completion
• Prepare monthly training report and other reports requested by supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Good to have prior HR experience / internship
• Those with 1 to 2 years of HR exp will be an advantage
