Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Associate for a 1-year government-related contract located in the West region. The role provides training and supports onboarding/offboarding processes, with a salary up to SGD 3,000 monthly.

You will collaborate with HR business partners, ensure compliance with policies, and manage HR systems and daily HR activities to meet SLA/KPIs.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Human Resources or similar with internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in reviewing and implementing policies, plans, and programmes.
• Work with HR partners to deliver HR services and support.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Enhance on-site experience for new hires and leavers through onboarding/offboarding stages.
• Ensure services comply with policies and legislation and meet SLA/KPIs.
• Maintain HR systems according to procedures and team standards.

Job Description

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
• Ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services.
• Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Human Resources or similar w min relevant HR internship experience
