Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Verify order details, including product availability, pricing, customer information, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor and prioritise order queues to ensure smooth workflow.
• Update order status in the order management system.
• Resolve routine order discrepancies and escalated complex issues when required.

Logistics & Warehouse Support

• Prepare, pack, and organise completed orders for dispatch.
• Coordinate with external delivery providers and handle delivery-related enquiries.
• Support urgent and special delivery requests.
• Assist with ad-hoc collection, delivery, and operational tasks when required.

Requirements
