Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Site Engineer (Construction / C&S) to work on a Singapore-based project site with an office at City Hall.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering and relevant site experience, with a 5-day workweek from 8.30am to 5.30pm and potential Saturday half-day overtime. You will coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, method statements and samples, attend technical meetings, verify work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering with relevant site experience.
• Singapore-based project site with office at City Hall.
• 5 days work per week (8:30am–5:30pm) with potential Saturday half-day OT.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples and method statements and update all parties on changes.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner/consultants to keep progress moving.
• Verify on-site work complies with approved drawings/specifications/authorities and ensure subcontractor rectifies non-compliance.
• Resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers promptly to minimise construction delays.
• Ensure documentation is updated and audit-ready for ISO.
• Cooperate with safety department and perform duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning and coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submissions for Conquas, RI, TOP, etc.

Role: Site Engineer (Construction / C&S)

• Singapore Based (Project site: Future Project, Office at City Hall)
• 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need work half day if work required (can claim OT))
• Salary: $3800 to $5400

Roles & Responsibilities

To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.

To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.

To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.

To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.

To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.

To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.

Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.

Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
