Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Administrator in Yishun, Singapore. Working five days a week, from 8:00am to 5:45pm, with a monthly salary of SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,500.

You will handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, process international purchase orders, coordinate delivery, maintain customer records, and support the Sales Manager with follow-ups, reporting, and general admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and process purchase orders from international customers.
• Communicate with customers via email and telephone to address product enquiries, provide order updates, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely production, shipment, and delivery.
• Work closely with the Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery timelines are met.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure sales information is updated in the system.
• Support the Sales Manager and Senior Sales Coordinator with customer follow-ups, sales reporting, and general administrative duties.
• Track order progress proactively and resolve any order or delivery-related issues in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers by providing professional and responsive service.
