The SupremeHR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Tampines is seeking an experienced accounts professional to join our finance team. You will handle full sets of accounts, manage AP/AR, invoicing, GST, and month-end close on-site at the Tampines Business Hub.

The role requires coordinating with auditors and banks, preparing monthly financial reports, and ensuring compliant regulatory filings. Regular hours Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of SGD 2,800–4,000 per month.

Responsabilités

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier invoices
• Monitor collections, payments and outstanding accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Perform monthly closing and maintain the general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet
• Handle GST preparation and submission
• Handle statutory accounting and regulatory filings as required
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
• Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules/documents for annual external audit
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and relevant authorities when required
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required

Starting Salary: $2,800 - $4,000 per month
