TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts and support monthly closing activities at our Tuas location in Singapore.

The role requires at least 2 years of accounting or audit experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software. You will handle AP/AR/GL, prepare statements, reconcile bank accounts, and assist with GST submissions and audits. Monday to Friday with partial Saturday work may apply.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of accounting or audit experience.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR and General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with GST submissions and audit-related matters.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Employment Details

• Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to $3,500
• Transport Allowance: $200/month
• Bonuses: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Variable Bonus (VB)
