• Define key success factors, identify metrics, and build dashboards to track metrics.
• Analyze results post-release to identify areas of improvement.
• Analyze impact of requested changes and assess resource requirements.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

• Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• End to end experience working with product team to build products.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus
