Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of features and services.

You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers and designers, elicit requirements, write user stories, and ensure compliance with government standards while tracking KPIs.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, data analytics, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced public-sector or digital environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, system design, project/delivery management in a digital/software/ICT environment.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
• Strong data analytics skills; ability to interpret data, define metrics, track outcomes.
• Awareness of cloud platforms, application development, APIs, integration.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, capture, and analyse business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Produce high quality artifacts: user stories/epics, functional & non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, etc.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, requirement gathering, prototyping where needed.
• Coordinate with software engineers, UX designers, tech-ops, dev-ops, etc. to deliver features or releases.
• Manage stakeholders, communicate progress, risks, trade offs.
• Ensure solutions comply with government policies standard, e.g. security, accessibility, usability, data governance.
• Monitor metrics and KPIs, e.g. user satisfaction, service quality, performance, adoption.
