Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for renovation projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and inspections for compliance with regulations.
2. Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets to avoid overruns.
- Track expenses and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
3. Team Coordination & Communication
- Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, designers, and construction teams.
4. Quality Control & Safety Compliance
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project delays or complications.
5. Timeline & Performance Management
- Monitor project milestones and adjust schedules as needed.
- Troubleshoot project delays and implement solutions to keep the renovation on track.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in commercial interior design renovation or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Successful candidate is required to work in the evening occassionally, when required.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Strong budgeting, negotiation, and contract management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful candidate is required to work in evening and night, to supervise the renovation progress when is needed.
