Job summary

Opticos in Sweden invites graduates to join the Young Professionals Program, a 1-year graduate track where you will work with and be mentored by Opticos consultants on client projects, with a senior coach supporting your growth.

You will travel between our Stockholm and Gothenburg offices for program courses and events, and take a graduation trip to our office in India; after the program you continue your career as a management consultant.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a one- or two-year Master’s Degree within Business, Engineering, or similar field.
• Business proficient Swedish and English skills

Responsibilities

The Young Professionals Program introduces talents to the world of management consulting in an exciting and efficient way.

• It is a 1-year graduate program where you will work with, and be mentored by, Opticos consultants on client projects

• A senior colleague will be your development coach to ensure your personal and professional growth

• You will have the opportunity to travel to our two offices in Sweden for program courses, special events, and social activities. In addition, you will also go on a graduation trip to our office in India

• After the program, you will continue your career with us as a management consultant

The program provides a combination of theory and practice where the theoretical part covers four areas:

• Consulting Skills: Develop the essential skills that are expected of a management consultant, regardless of assignment or position

• Case Studies: The courses provide case studies on current or previous client assignments where, for example, a digitalisation journey, sourcing, or IT strategy has been in focus

• Areas of Expertise: Introducing you to the business areas within Opticos – the expertise we offer our clients

• Methodologies & Frameworks: Learn the fundamentals of understanding the methodologies and frameworks used by organisations today. Letting you quickly pick up the language and culture of the client
