Job summary

Opticos in Sweden invites graduates to join the Young Professionals Program, a 1-year graduate track where you will work with and be mentored by Opticos consultants on client projects, with a senior coach supporting your growth.

You will travel between our Stockholm and Gothenburg offices for program courses and events, and take a graduation trip to our office in India; after the program you continue your career as a management consultant.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a one- or two-year Master’s Degree within Business, Engineering, or similar field.
• Business proficient Swedish and English skills

Responsibilities

• 1-year graduate program mentored by Opticos consultants on client projects.
• Senior colleague acts as development coach for growth.
• Opportunity to travel to Opticos offices in Sweden for program courses, special events, and social activities.
• After the program, continue your career as a management consultant
