• Serve as Regional Manager for our Gothenburg office, supporting and inspiring colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who brings:

• More than 15 years of experience in management consulting, with expertise in one or more of our value propositions: Strategy & Operational Excellence, Tech-Powered Business Transformation, IT Effectiveness, Data Management and Architecture, Risk and Compliance, or Tech Sourcing Advisory.
• A postgraduate degree in management, engineering, science, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain business networks.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented way of working.
