• Engaging with candidates and conducting initial interviews to understand their experience, motivations and leadership profiles.

• Working closely with the Project Manager and team to deliver high-quality client assignments.

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in our Executive Search team, you will play an important role in identifying and assessing senior leaders for some of the leading organisations in the Nordics.

You will work closely with experienced consultants and senior client stakeholders throughout the search process – from understanding the client’s business, strategy and organisation, to identifying relevant candidates, conducting interviews and supporting the assessment of leadership capabilities and fit.

The role combines business analysis, research, interviewing and project management, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad skill set while gaining early exposure to senior executives and decision-makers. You will take responsibility from day one and work closely with colleagues who will support your development along the way.

Key responsibilities include

• Working with senior client stakeholders to understand their business, strategy, organisation and leadership needs
• Analysing roles and organisations to identify the competencies, experiences and leadership capabilities required for success
