Knowit is seeking graduates to join our Stockholm-based graduate program as management consultants starting in autumn 2027. From day one you will be consulting on real client projects alongside experienced colleagues, with structured training and mentoring designed to accelerate your growth.

You’ll work across our four offerings—tech transformation, commercial excellence, operational excellence and strategy & growth—building knowledge and skills while delivering value to clients.

• Recently completed a relevant university degree (0–1 years of work experience).
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Based in Stockholm and ready to start in autumn 2027.

The program is for you who have recently completed a relevant university degree (0-1 years of work experience) and are ready to launch your career as a management consultant.

Who We Are Looking For
