Job summary

Edenred Sweden is seeking a leader to drive engineering and product delivery in Sweden, coordinating IT and product roadmaps with the CTO. You will oversee agile delivery across product, engineering, QA and business analysis, ensuring alignment with Nordic and Group standards.

You will lead Product Owners, Developers, QA and BA teams, promote best practices, manage vendors, and report on progress, risks and performance. Fluency in English is required; Swedish proficiency is a plus.

Manage end‐to‐end delivery across product, engineering, QA, and business analysis teams, translating strategic priorities into scalable, high‐quality solutions. Operate in a cross‐BU setup (Sweden/Finland), working closely with the Finnish counterpart to support alignment, shared resources, and consistent delivery practices across the Nordic and Group organization.
