Job summary

Edenred Sweden is seeking a leader to drive engineering and product delivery in Sweden, coordinating IT and product roadmaps with the CTO. You will oversee agile delivery across product, engineering, QA and business analysis, ensuring alignment with Nordic and Group standards.

You will lead Product Owners, Developers, QA and BA teams, promote best practices, manage vendors, and report on progress, risks and performance. Fluency in English is required; Swedish proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

3–5+ years leading engineering or delivery teams in complex environments.
Experience delivering digital platforms (web, mobile, integrations).
Strong knowledge of Agile and delivery frameworks.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead IT and product delivery in Sweden with predictable quality and timelines.
Manage risks, dependencies and escalations while aligning scope and cost.
Oversee Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts; define roles and structure.
Track delivery KPIs and report progress and risks; drive continuous improvement.
