Job summary

Edenred Sweden/Finland seeks an experienced leader to head the engineering and product delivery organization in Sweden, ensuring timely and quality IT and product execution across product, engineering, QA, and business analysis teams.

Based in Liljeholmen, Stockholm, you will partner with Finland to align platforms and resources, manage agile delivery, and drive continuous improvement while reporting to the CTO.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience of leading engineering or delivery teams in complex environments.
• Strong experience delivering digital platforms (web, mobile, integrations).
• Good understanding of Agile and delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, architecture, and cloud environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with modern tech environments (Azure, APIs, .NET, Angular).
• Experience with delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, DevOps).
• Full proficiency in English. Swedish is meritorious but not required.

**Role summary**Lead the engineering and product delivery organization in Sweden, ensuring efficient and reliable execution of Edenred’s IT and product roadmap. Manage end‐to‐end delivery across product, engineering, QA, and business analysis teams, translating strategic priorities into scalable, high‐quality solutions. Operate in a cross‐BU setup (Sweden/Finland), working closely with the Finnish counterpart to support alignment, shared resources, and consistent delivery practices across the Nordic and Group organization.
