Job summary

Ridango in Sweden is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead customer-facing digital transportation projects. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align teams across product, engineering, hardware, installation and procurement, and ensure on-time and within-budget outcomes.

In this role you’ll influence stakeholders through strong communication and negotiation, guide the pre-sales process, and support business development with technical guidance and change management.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in IT project management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Structured, hands-on approach to planning and problem-solving.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of projects - keeping schedules realistic, teams aligned, and customers informed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Define project scope, manage risks, and keep a close eye on the budget.

• Lead project meetings, maintain documentation, and report progress clearly.
• Negotiate change requests and push back on unrealistic deadlines or scope creep.

You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from initial scoping to handover, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. You’ll collaborate with technical teams and clients, offering expert guidance on technical solutions, integrations, and changes. While your team includes product owners and analysts who handle the requirements analysis, you’ll ensure that their insights align with project goals and customer needs. You’ll also play a key role in larger bids during the pre-sales phase and support business development by consulting on potential projects.
