Job summary

Bravida Industry is establishing a new pipe prefabrication workshop in Söderhamn, Sweden. You will oversee the overall operation and drive safety, efficiency, and high performance across production, warehouse and project interfaces.

The role requires experience in industrial piping or process industries, plus leadership of manufacturing operations and a strong focus on quality, health & safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial piping, welding or process industry.
• Experience leading production, workshop or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop daily workshop operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture and safe working environment.
• Be accountable for quality, delivery and productivity metrics.
• Coordinate production, warehouse, logistics and project activities.
• Build and develop teams, leaders and ways of working.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational development.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure resources meet needs.
• Interface between workshop and project organisation.
