Job summary

Bravida Industry in Söderhamn, Sweden, is building a new pipe prefabrication workshop and seeks a Piping Supervisor to lead daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery. You will coordinate welders, pipefitters and production staff, read drawings, plan with the Production Manager, and help shape ways of working, culture and structure from the ground up.

Experience in industrial piping and strong leadership are required; fluent Swedish/English and a Category B

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Foreman, Team Leader or similar in an industrial environment.
• Experience in pipe fabrication, industrial piping, or welding-related production.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience leading and motivating teams.
• Strong understanding of quality, productivity, and health and safety requirements.
• Fluency in Swedish and/or English.
• A valid Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily pipe prefabrication activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specs and work instructions.
• Monitor production progress and ensure targets are achieved.
• Plan and coordinate with the Production Manager.
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Participate in production and planning meetings.
• Ensure compliance with quality and technical requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and safe working environment.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Report production status, resource requirements, and deviations.
