Job summary

Bravida is establishing a new industrial pipe prefabrication workshop in Söderhamn. The Piping Supervisor will lead daily activities, manage drawings and specifications, and collaborate with welders, pipefitters, and production management to meet targets.

You will join the production organisation and help build workflows, culture, and structure from the ground up, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or similar role in an industrial environment.
• Experience in pipe fabrication, industrial piping, or welding-related production.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience leading and motivating teams.
• Strong understanding of quality, productivity, and health and safety requirements.
• Fluency in Swedish and/or English.
• A valid Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating daily pipe prefabrication activities.
• Ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Monitoring production progress and ensuring production targets are achieved.
• Planning and coordinating activities together with the Production Manager.
• Ensuring efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Participating in production and planning meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with quality and technical requirements.
• Promoting a strong safety culture and safe working environment.
• Identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges.
• Reporting production status, resource requirements, and deviations.
