Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in production management within industry, manufacturing, or prefabrication environments.
• Solid understanding of planning, resource management, and production workflows.
• Experience leading teams in an operational environment.
• The ability to create structure within complex operations.
• Strong communication skills and experience working across multiple functions.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• A valid Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Planning and leading the workshop’s prefabrication activities
• Ensuring production is carried out in accordance with project plans and delivery targets
• Managing production planning and resource allocation
• Coordinating production, warehouse, logistics, quality, and project activities
• Monitoring production performance, productivity, and delivery reliability
• Ensuring work instructions and technical documentation are up to date and readily available
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and efficiency
• Managing deviations, risks, and production challenges
• Leading production meetings and coordinating activities across different functions
• Reporting status, progress, and risks to project and operational management
