Bravida Industry is establishing a new pipe prefabrication workshop in Söderhamn, Sweden. You will oversee the overall operation and drive safety, efficiency, and high performance across production, warehouse and project interfaces.

The role requires experience in industrial piping or process industries, plus leadership of manufacturing operations and a strong focus on quality, health & safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bravida Industry is establishing a brand-new pipe prefabrication workshop in Söderhamn, Sweden, supporting major industrial projects across the Nordic region.

About the Role

As Workshop Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to help establish Bravida’s new pipe prefabrication workshop in Söderhamn, Sweden. You will be responsible for the overall operation of the workshop and lead the development of a safe, efficient, and high‑performing organisation. The role involves close collaboration with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Project teams to ensure that the operation delivers against ambitious objectives. You will play a key role in this strategic investment and have the opportunity to influence everything from ways of working and operational processes to culture and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the daily operations of the workshop
• Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring a safe working environment
• Being accountable for operational performance in quality, delivery, and productivity
• Coordinating production, warehouse, logistics, and project activities
• Building and developing teams, leaders, and ways of working
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational development
• Monitoring business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensuring that resources and organisational capacity align with operational needs
• Serving as a key interface between the workshop and the project organisation

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has

• Experience within industrial piping, welding, or the process industry
• Experience leading production, workshop, or manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality management, and health and safety requirements
• Experience in change management and business improvement initiatives
• The ability to create structure, engagement, and high‑performing teams
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
