Job summary

Tata Technologies in Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking a Wiring & Harness Engineer to design, document, and validate wiring harnesses and power cable components for automotive applications. You will develop wiring and harnesses based on requirements using CAD tools, and take ownership of product structure and release.

A background of 2–5 years in wiring harnesses is preferred, with independent planning and execution skills.

• Previous experience with wiring harnesses is essential
• Self-sufficient, able to lead tasks and plan independently

Responsibilities

• Develop and document wiring harness and power cable components (wires, cables, connectors, passives, brackets, and cable channels).
• Develop wiring and harnesses based on received requirements and using CAD tools.
• Design technical solutions, identify improvements, and propose new technical solutions.
• Make decisions on small and large adjustments and propose new technical solutions. Responsibility for the wiring harness product structure.
• Control technical release.

Experience / Background

• Position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience
• Previous experience working with Wiring Harness.
• Self-sufficient, takes lead on own tasks and able to work/plan independently.
