Job summary

ENERCON is seeking an After Sales Contract Manager in Malmö to own and negotiate service agreements for wind farms, ensuring profitability and long-term value for customers and ENERCON. You will collaborate with After Sales, Sales and internal teams to secure contracts, track KPIs, and maintain ENERCON as the first choice partner for operation and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts in renewable energy, preferably wind.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with partners and clients.
• Identify revenue opportunities and mitigate contract risks.
• Ability to own projects and manage workload independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service contract quotations for wind turbines and related assets.
• Perform calculations using pricing tools and review commercial terms.
• Maintain systems and monitor KPIs (SAP, HCL Notes, DocuSign).
• Process tenders and terminations of service contracts.
• Serve as SME and first contact for sales, after-sales, legal, and customers.
• Support commercial reviews and contract negotiations with stakeholders.
