Job summary

ENERCON, based in Malmö, seeks an After Sales Contract Manager to own service agreements for wind farms from negotiation to management. You will work with After Sales Managers, Sales Managers and internal teams to ensure profitable contracts and high customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on preparing quotations, pricing calculations, and contract terminations with a drive to maintain ENERCON as the preferred partner for O&M activities across wind turbines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
• Experience managing service contracts in renewable energy, preferably wind.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Independently preparing service contract quotations for wind turbines, substations and transformer stations, incl. renewals and takeovers.
• Carrying out calculations using pricing tools.
• Maintaining lists and systems and monitoring KPIs (SAP, HCL Notes, DocuSign).
• Processing customer tenders for service contract portfolios.
• Acting as subject matter expert and first contact for service contracts (sales support, after-sales, service, legal).
• Commercial review of calculations and contract terminations processing.
