Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Welsh Language Specialist for a freelance AI training project based in Sweden. You will evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated Welsh content to help models be more accurate, natural, and culturally appropriate.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in Welsh.
• Demonstrated professional experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, proofreading, or content creation.

Responsibilities

• Review and annotate Welsh-language content used for AI training and evaluation.
• Assess AI-generated Welsh outputs for grammatical accuracy, fluency, meaning, style, and natural language usage.
• Identify linguistic, contextual, and cultural issues and provide precise, actionable feedback.
• Analyze and document recurring error patterns to help improve model performance.
• Evaluate whether generated content appropriately reflects Welsh linguistic and cultural context.
• Contribute expert feedback to the development and refinement of prompts, evaluation methodologies, and language guidelines.
