Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a Project Engineer/Planner to join our Boden, Sweden site. The role focuses on coordinating project design, scheduling, document control, and vendor interactions to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong engineering fundamentals, experience with AutoCAD/Plant 3D, SAP, and Primavera P6, and be able to work across multiple disciplines on complex water projects. Domestic travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
• Five or more years of experience in a project-related industry.
• Preferred experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications.
• Prepare project documents.
• Maintain the Project Master document list.
• Lead project design coordination with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate engineering document submissions to customers & vendors.
• Facilitate timely engineering reviews of vendor quotes.
• Review vendor quotes and purchase requisitions for compliance with project specifications.
• Report engineering progress in the project schedule.
• Coordinate inputs to the 3D model and resolve issue tags.
• Provide status and progress reporting on projects.
