Job summary

Aquatech International AB is seeking a full-time Site Manager for Boden, Sweden. The role reports to the Director of Projects and leads on-site construction activities, coordinating with the Project Manager and head office to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on project leadership experience in demanding industrial environments, with strong English and Swedish communication and robust HSE management capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 10+ years construction-related experience.
• Experience in water/wastewater or similar industrial environments encouraged.
• Strong English and Swedish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and direct construction from start to finish.
• Create and manage the overall site construction schedule and 3-week lookahead.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and head office on progress and issues.
• Manage site subcontractors and implement HSE requirements.
• Provide daily and monthly progress reports and update customer schedules.
• Identify risks, optimize resources, and ensure project stays on budget and schedule.
