Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a full-time Site Manager in Boden, Sweden. You will oversee construction from start to finish, coordinate closely with the Project Manager, and drive the project schedule to completion on time and within budget.

You will create 3-week lookahead schedules, manage site activities and subcontractors, ensure design, budget and schedule compliance, and communicate efficiently with head office and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Ten or more years of construction-related experience.
• Experience with MS Office, Blue Beam, Navisworks, and 3D models.
• OSHA standards and other site safety practices.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and direct construction from beginning to end.
• Create and manage the overall Site Construction Schedule.
• Be the primary on-site contact and liaise with head office.
• Ensure the project is constructed according to design, budget, and schedule.
• Create 3-week lookahead schedules every week.
