Job summary

Voi Technology is seeking a Site Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Malmö. You will supervise the fleet operations team, ensure safety, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows and SOPs in the field and warehouses.

The role combines people leadership with process improvement to maximize performance and minimize costs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics/operations, proven team leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics/operations, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience managing large teams.
• Familiarity with digital work tools (MS Office, G-Suite) and data tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Curiosity about new technology and AI; able to use digital tools to streamline work.
• Understanding of business, financial and leadership principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership training and conflict resolution.
• A valid driver’s license for Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and drive high performance across warehouse teams.
• Maintain best-in-class scooter standards and customer service in Malmö.
• Plan workflow, shifts, and SOPs with stakeholders and field teams.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance to extend lifetime and reduce costs.
• Promote safety and manage warehouse staff and operations.
• Liaise with 3PLs, landlords, staffing agencies and local associations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on onboarding and training for in-field tasks.
