Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in administrative or business support within a technical services environment.
• 2+ years of technical services experience preferred.
• Must hold a Swedish passport or permanent residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide team management support and act as the main point of contact for operational documents.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, vendors, and interns.
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule preventative maintenance.
