Job summary

GWC in Sweden is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader Assistant to support daily warehouse and dark store operations, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatch within SLAs. You will supervise staff, monitor inventory accuracy, and coordinate with 3PL partners to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes maintaining safety, stock integrity, and timely reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement in fast-moving product handling and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Experience in 3PL, quick commerce, e-commerce, or dark store operations preferred.
• Previous experience in team coordination or staff supervision is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Team Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Supervise warehouse staff involved in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, replenishment, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure quick commerce orders are processed accurately and dispatched within the required SLAs.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy reporting.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, delivery teams, and other operational departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor team attendance, shift allocation, productivity, and overall work performance.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO and FEFO practices, product quality standards, and handling procedures.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, hygiene, safety, and operational discipline.
• Prepare daily operational reports covering orders, discrepancies, and productivity.
• Identify operational gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
