Job summary

Wolt in Sweden is seeking a store operations lead to guide 2–4 Shift leads and grow the team. You will coach, hire, train and provide regular feedback to keep day-to-day store operations smooth and aligned with delivery goals.

You will work with the Operations Team to improve freshness, inventory, and product selection, while scheduling shifts and collaborating with the Area Manager to drive growth and performance. English fluency is required; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to motivate others.
• Experience from working in a grocery store is a plus.
• Fast learner capable of multitasking.
• Proactive and service-minded.
• Can-do attitude with comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Data-driven and analytical, able to use data to improve operations.
• Swedish language is nice to have; fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Leading, growing and motivating a team; plan team events.
• Improve store operations with the Operations Team; ensure fast delivery.
• Participate in internal and external meetings.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure right products on sale.
• Monitor shrink and control waste.
• Manage shift scheduling.
• Handle incoming goods and store orders.
• Oversee needs for growth, including supplies and equipment.
• Report to Area Manager.
