Job summary

Bidfood Sweden is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse and, most importantly, the people who power it. You’ll coach the team, communicate openly, and set the tone for safety, performance and service delivery.

Key duties include recruiting and managing attendance, conduct and safety, allocating work to match capability and driving hours, carrying out investigations, and ensuring compliance with warehouse legislation and audits while modelling our core values.
