Job summary

Galderma in Uppsala, Sweden, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead and develop warehouse operations at the site, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will manage multiple shifts, coach teams, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, and Facilities to ensure smooth materials flow.

You will drive operational excellence, optimize procedures, and maintain audit readiness through established ways of working.

Qualifications

Experience managing warehouse operations in a regulated environment.
Proven leadership of teams in multi-shift settings.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
Experience with WMS and ERP systems, preferably M3.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication in Swedish and English.
Hands-on leadership style with decision-making ability.
Ability to build relationships across functions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and teams across shifts.
Coordinate all warehouse operations to support manufacturing and logistics.
Drive continuous improvement, LEAN initiatives, and data-driven decisions.
Monitor KPIs and implement sustainable productivity improvements.
Ensure QA, SOPs, safety, and regulatory compliance with audit readiness.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Facilities, and Global Warehousing.
Manage relationships with LSPs to ensure service quality.
Lead cross-functional projects and manage operational risks.
