Job summary

Galderma in Uppsala, Sweden, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead and develop warehouse operations at our manufacturing site. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, LEAN, data-driven decisions, and audit readiness, with responsibilities spanning KPIs, vendor relations with LSPs, and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations in a regulated environment.
• Proven leadership with team development in an operational setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics, and inventory management.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems (preferably M3).
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and teams to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee all warehouse operations supporting manufacturing and logistics activities.
• Drive continuous improvement using LEAN principles and data-driven approaches.
• Monitor KPIs and implement sustainable productivity and quality enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, safety, and regulatory expectations with audit readiness.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Facilities, and Global Warehousing.
