Job summary

Logent AB seeks a strategic VP of Technology & Digitalisation to steer the group’s technology, data, AI, security and digitalisation initiatives, setting direction and building a scalable platform with governance and pragmatic cost control.

You will harmonise the evolving systems landscape, and lead how AI, data and integrations strengthen operations, customer value and competitiveness across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and simplifying complex systems landscapes
• Ability to drive technology change in an operationally close environment
• Fluent English communication with group management and customers

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the group-wide direction for Technology & Digitalisation across architecture, data, integrations, resilience and information security
• Harmonise a multi-year systems landscape and introduce scalable, cost-efficient technology
• Build a modern, scalable technology platform with AI, data and integrations strengthening operations
• Lead collaboration with business areas, customers and IT to maximise value and competitive advantage
