Telenor Sweden is seeking a strategic technology leader to head Analytics, Data Management, Automation & AI. You will guide a team of approximately 50 professionals and consultants, with three leaders reporting to you, and manage a budget of about 90 MSEK, reporting to the CIO and part of the IT Management Team.

Qualifications

• Led a data, analytics or AI organisation and defined enterprise-wide direction.
• Defined roadmaps and investment priorities translating strategy into action.
• Moved data/AI initiatives from proof-of-concept to production with measurable value.
• Knowledge of cloud data architecture, AI and Generative AI (GCP, BigQuery, Vertex AI) and responsible AI practices.
• Managed budgets and vendor/partnership ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analytics, Data Management, Automation & AI org (~50 staff) with three direct reports.
• Own a budget of ~90 MSEK and report to the CIO as part of IT Management.
• Translate customer and business needs into data-driven insights and measurable outcomes.
• Drive governance, data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance for AI initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing organisation with clear leadership and accountability.
