Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in digitalization, production/industrial engineering, IT, data/BI, or automation.
• Able to communicate with both business and tech stakeholders.
• Hands-on and experimental mindset with testing and iteration.
• Solid foundation in IT systems and digital applications supporting business processes.
• Curiosity to learn the manufacturing environment quickly.

• Turn everyday pain points into efficient digital improvements.
• Coordinate initiatives end-to-end from idea to prototype to real solution.
• Do hands-on config, data handling, testing, and simple programming as needed.
