Job summary

Mentimeter is seeking a VP of Enterprise Marketing to lead our global Enterprise Marketing organization, guiding demand generation and strategic customer programs. You will report to the Chief Sales Officer and work with the Global Enterprise Leadership Team, focusing on EMEA and North America while laying the groundwork for APAC.

You will lead three teams to drive enterprise demand, field and customer marketing, and executive exchange, aligning product signals with pipeline and ARR growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience.
• Experience leading leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Mentimeter's global Enterprise Marketing strategy and budget.
• Build integrated demand generation and demand capture systems.
• Set priorities across segments, regions and buying groups.
• Create qualified pipeline and measurable Enterprise ARR impact.
• Recruit and develop leaders to run a high-performing marketing organization.
