Job summary

Mentimeter in Stockholm is seeking a proven VP of Enterprise Marketing to lead three teams across digital demand, field and customer marketing, and Executive Exchange. You will own global enterprise marketing strategy, budget and operating model, and build a pipeline that converts product-led growth signals into enterprise ARR.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Growth, drive regional activation in EMEA and North America, and hire and develop leaders to scale a modern

Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with leadership in Enterprise Marketing.
• Experience building scale across digital demand, field marketing and customer programs.
• Understanding of enterprise buying journeys and account-based strategies.
• Experience connecting product-led growth with sales-assisted enterprise motion.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Mentimeter's global Enterprise Marketing strategy, budget and operating model.
• Build an integrated system for demand generation and capture turning PLG signals into pipeline.
• Set priorities across segments, accounts and regions with global consistency and local relevance.
• Create qualified pipeline and measurable Enterprise ARR impact with clear ROI.
• Recruit, coach and develop leaders to build a high-performing marketing organisation.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Growth and regional leadership to ensure handovers from product-led growth.
• Reallocate investments that do not create meaningful customer or commercial impact.
