Job summary

Volvo Group seeks a senior leader to head Digital Operations & Corporate, driving digital product management across planning, production, logistics and finance. What you will do

As Vice President Digital Operations & Corporate, you will lead Volvo Penta’s digital Product Management across the operational value flow and selected corporate capabilities.

Your mission is to enable integrated planning, production, logistics, transactional finance and efficient corporate processes through coherent digital products and platforms.

Business functions own the business strategy, priorities and partner interactions. You will lead the digital dimension by shaping and aligning the direction, priorities and aggregated roadmap for the Digital Operations & Corporate portfolio together with business owners.

You will translate business direction into coherent digital product strategies, roadmaps, investment proposals and delivery expectations, while balancing stable operations, regulatory requirements, process improvement, transformation, technical lifecycle and innovation.

A central part of the role is to strengthen the digital flow from planning through production, logistics and financial execution. You will use the integrated ERP landscape and connected digital products, data, analytics, AI and automation to improve transparency, data quality, operational performance and decision support.

As the senior Volvo Penta counterpart to relevant Volvo Group DTO Production and Corporate Digital Domains, you will create clarity around delivery, capacity, dependencies, cost, risk and product performance. You will also help ensure business-critical operations remain stable throughout transitions and lifecycle changes.

Your future team

You will report to the Volvo Penta Chief Digital Officer and be a member of the Volvo Penta Digital Management Team.

You will lead and develop people and capabilities within your area, creating the clarity, trust and accountability needed for the team to perform and grow.

You will work closely with Volvo Penta Operations, CFO & Business Office, planning, manufacturing, logistics, finance, controlling and corporate communities, as well as relevant Volvo Group DTO Production and Corporate Digital Domains.

You will contribute to the overall direction and performance of Volvo Penta Digital, with collaboration across domains, transparency and shared accountability as important parts of how you work.

Who are you?

You are a senior digital leader with a strong understanding of industrial operations and the connections between planning, production, logistics and finance. You bring structure to complex environments and create alignment around clear priorities and outcomes.

We believe you have several of following:

• Senior leadership experience within digital Product Management, industrial operations, ERP-enabled transformation, manufacturing, supply chain or finance digitalization
• Strong understanding of integrated operational value flows and business-critical digital environments
• Experience translating business priorities into product strategies, roadmaps, investment proposals and adoption
• Experience leading portfolios with high requirements on stability, compliance and continuity
• Strong business, stakeholder and people leadership skills, with experience working with large technology delivery organizations

You are comfortable working across functions and organizational boundaries, and you create clarity through collaboration, sound judgement and open dialogue.
