Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience leading large and complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of driving business and digital transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with executive leadership teams.
• Experience working across business, technology, and product organizations.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage uncertainty, complexity, and organizational change.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and cross-functional transformation initiatives across Volvo Trucks.
• Drive programs involving digital products, AI, data, process transformation, and new business capabilities.
• Establish project structures, governance, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and digital investments.
• Manage stakeholders at senior leadership and executive levels.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities and drive proactive mitigation.
• Facilitate decision-making and executive steering forums.
• Secure successful change adoption and business value realization.
• Support the continuous evolution of our digital ways of working, governance, and portfolio management practices.
