AXIS COMMUNICATIONS AKTIEBOLAG seeks a Product Specialist for the Video Products team. You will join a group of specialists, support customers globally, and work closely with Product Managers and R&D to develop and maintain fixed camera products.

You will create training materials, support documentation, and guide colleagues across regions. The role emphasizes a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and English fluency, with Swedish language learning encouraged.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant technical education and at least 5 years work experience.
• Strong technical understanding of Axis products and how they integrate as a solution.
• Excellent troubleshooting and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Participate in R&D development of new products and functionality as an expert on customer needs.
• Create training materials and deliver product training sessions for customers and partners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer cases, collaborating with product specialists and R&D.
