Job summary

Axis Communications AB seeks a Product Specialist for Video Products, Fixed Cameras in Lund. You will work with R&D and Product Managers to shape product direction, deliver hands-on testing, and manage existing hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• A relevant technical education and at least 5 years work experience.
• Technical knowledge of Axis products and how they work together as a solution.
• Pedagogic approach for explaining technical matters.
• Experience from working in development projects.
• Experience creating training materials and support documentation.
• Excellent English skills, written and verbal.
• Swedish language skills, or a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in R&D to develop new products and improve existing ones.
• Create training materials, run product training sessions, and build self-help content.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex customer cases escalated from support teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure rapid issue resolution and identify new functionality.
