Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with NIO users in the region and grow the community beyond vehicles.
• Form regional community plan and operate user IPs and groups to boost engagement.
• Build the growth system of users and manage loyalty projects and recommendations.
• Set up closed-loop processing and improvement of user experience feedback.
• Monitor, evaluate and improve user satisfaction; coordinate with related departments.
• Develop blue book defining the best user experience in the region.
